Accountabilities. . Design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and performant systems across the platform.. . Lead Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps initiatives, embedding best practices into the software development lifecycle.. . Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to enhance observability, monitoring, and performance metrics.. . Participate in on-call rotations to ensure service reliability and adherence to Service Level Objectives (SLOs).. . Drive improvements in automation, CI/CD pipelines, and operational workflows to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.. . Mentor engineers and share knowledge to foster a culture of reliability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.. . . 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps with a track record of independent project execution.. . Strong experience with SRE principles in mission-critical environments, including monitoring, alerting, logging, and application performance.. . 5+ years of Kubernetes and AWS experience.. .
