As a key contributor to our development team, you will design and scale architecture that delivers reliability, scalability, and performance. Collaborate with product and design professionals, as well as a talented group of engineers, to tackle high-impact projects. Your work will define the technical foundation for healthcare products that address intricate challenges faced by our staff and patients.. This role emphasizes systems design, architecture, and scalability, requiring a deep understanding of Python, Django, and AWS architecture, combined with an eagerness to embrace cutting-edge technologies.. What You’ll Do:. . Architect and Maintain Infrastructure: Design secure, scalable, and fault-tolerant systems using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and modern DevOps tooling.. . Build and Manage CI/CD Pipelines: Implement automated testing, integration, and deployment workflows that support frequent, stable releases.. . Monitor and Optimize Performance: Define logging, metrics, and alerting standards; own system reliability and observability end-to-end.. . Own DevOps Lifecycle: From infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible) to release automation, ensure best practices are followed across environments.. . Collaborate Across Teams: Work with software engineers, QA, and product managers to integrate infrastructure work into our roadmap.. . Lead Technical Strategy: Drive architectural decisions, document best practices, and mentor teammates on systems design and DevOps.. . Ensure Compliance: Build with security (SOC2) and healthcare compliance (HIPAA) in mind from day one.. . Explore AI & Automation: Contribute to the integration of AI tools or LLMs to streamline workflows and increase platform intelligence.. Qualifications:. . 5+ years of experience in DevOps, site reliability engineering, or full-stack software engineering with infrastructure responsibilities.. . Proven experience with AWS services (Lambda, EC2, S3, RDS, etc.) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).. . Deep familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes.. . Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and deployment automation (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).. . Demonstrated success architecting high-availability, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems.. . Solid experience with Python/Django and cloud-based backend development.. . Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK).. . Bonus: Exposure to HIPAA compliance, healthcare systems, or LLMs/AI integration.. . Expectations:. .
