In this role, you will help clients work through relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, and emotional stressors. Your day-to-day work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and ongoing support that helps clients make practical progress.. Responsibilities. Provide telehealth therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families . Assess client needs and develop treatment plans based on clinical goals .
