Manage calendars, appointments, and inbox correspondence. . Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. . Handle basic bookkeeping tasks, invoicing, and expense tracking. . Organize files and maintain updated records in shared drives or CRMs.. Requirements. . Proven experience. (at least 2 years) as a Virtual Assistant or similar role. .
