Lead a cross-disciplinary product pod focused on improving diagnostic accuracy and treatment outcomes, working alongside engineers, clinicians, designers, and data scientists.. . Develop and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with business goals and advances clinical quality.. . Own end-to-end product delivery—from discovery and hypothesis setting to experimentation, launch, measurement, and iteration.. . Identify gaps in data, improve predictive models, and surface actionable insights for primary care physicians to improve patient care.. . Use outcome-driven strategies to enhance workflows and ensure better patient diagnosis and treatment at scale.. .
