By ensuring clinicians are confident and comfortable with our technology, you’ll play a critical role in helping healthcare teams realize its clinical and economic value. . This position reports to the Director of Education and Content on our Marketing team in Rhode Island. . Responsibilities. Act as the . clinical subject matter expert. for our products in Rhode Island. Deliver . onsite and virtual education. for customers, including workflow integration, hands-on training, and troubleshooting. Partner with the . Digital Sales Specialist. to provide seamless commercial + clinical support. Support . product evaluations and installations. , ensuring adoption across the full care team. Provide . CE and non-CE presentations. to hospitals, state societies, and professional meetings as assigned. Collaborate with . marketing. to align training with educational programs, campaigns, and content. Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent education/experience. Current RRT or RN license required. Prior experience training/educating healthcare professionals strongly preferred. Prior medical device industry experience in a Clinical Specialist role highly preferred. Must be vaccinated for Covid-19 and any other required vaccinations as needed for vendor credentialing. Must maintain a professional LinkedIn profile.
