Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline by identifying and engaging accounts with $100M–$1B in annual revenue.. . Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, and social media while also managing inbound leads (50/50 split).. . Partner with up to four Account Executives to co-develop account strategies and prospecting plans.. . Identify and connect with key stakeholders and decision-makers to generate new business opportunities.. . Gain deep product knowledge and quickly articulate value propositions within the database and analytics industry.. . Achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and prospect interactions.. . Collaborate closely with leadership and peers to continuously improve performance and pipeline outcomes.. . . 1+ year of experience in an SDR or BDR role, preferably within software or SaaS environments.. . Strong outbound prospecting experience, with proven results in high-volume cadences across multiple channels.. . Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident reaching out to technical and executive-level contacts.. . Experience with tools like Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.. . Ability to quickly learn and explain complex technical products.. . Entrepreneurial mindset with strong organization, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and cross-functionally.. .
