The specialist will work closely with clients to tailor the platform to their unique business requirements, ensuring efficient operations and seamless integration with other systems. Set up and configure the EcoSys platform according to client needs.. . Customize EcoSys modules to meet specific business requirements.. . Integrate EcoSys with other enterprise systems and data sources.. . Develop custom reports, dashboards, and visualizations using EcoSys tools.. . Write and optimize scripts and queries to enhance platform functionality.. . Conduct various testing phases including system, integration, and user acceptance testing.. . Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end-users and administrators.. . Create and maintain user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials.. . Deliver training sessions to ensure effective platform use.. . Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources during implementations.. . Plan and execute system upgrades, patches, and maintenance.. . Identify and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.. . Stay updated on latest platform features and related technologies.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.. .
