Role Overview:. We’re on the lookout for a talented . Architectural Technician/Draftsperson. to join a small, design-driven architecture studio. You’ll play a key role in translating creative concepts into accurate, detailed documentation using Revit. This is a great opportunity to work closely with a thoughtful, collaborative team on projects shaped by light, material, and context.. Key Responsibilities:. Produce accurate and detailed construction documentation using Revit, including:. . General arrangement plans (1:50). . Sections (1:20). . Elevations (1:100). . Construction details (1:5/1:10). . Door & window schedules, FF&E schedules. . . Work with supplied Revit templates and follow established documentation styles. . Interpret mark-ups, redlines, and verbal directions effectively. . Communicate and collaborate with a small team in a remote environment. . Manage your own time efficiently to meet deadlines. . Support the team with proactive input and a collaborative attitude. . . Proven proficiency in Revit, with fast and accurate drafting/documentation skills. . Solid experience in preparing construction documentation across multiple drawing types and scales. . Strong understanding of Australian construction standards and documentation formats (having this is a big plus!). . Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to drafting. . Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage tasks independently. . Strong communication skills and willingness to contribute ideas. . A portfolio of relevant documentation work is required.
