
Marketing Communications Manager - AEC Industry at Acelab. Job Summary. We are seeking a strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead Acelab's brand and product messaging along with content strategy across all marketing channels. This role focuses primarily on developing compelling communications that resonate with our AEC industry audience, crafting content, and ensuring consistent brand voice across all touchpoints. You'll serve as the primary storyteller for our brand, working closely with product and CX teams to translate complex technical solutions into clear, persuasive messaging that drives engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate is a communications specialist with deep expertise in B2B messaging, content strategy, and brand development.. Key Responsibilities. Strategic Communications & Brand Messaging. . Own the company's core messaging framework, value propositions, and brand positioning. . Craft compelling narratives that differentiate Acelab in the competitive AEC technology landscape. . Translate product features and capabilities into understandable value propositions for our audience of architects and designers. . Lead messaging strategy for product launches, feature releases, and go-to-market initiatives. . Ensure message consistency across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints. . Content Strategy & Development. . Lead content marketing strategy with focus on product promotion, thought leadership and educational content. . Create high-impact content including white papers, case studies, solution briefs, and industry reports. . Develop executive-level content for C-suite communications and analyst relations. . Write and optimize website copy, landing pages, and conversion-focused content. . Collaborate with subject matter experts to transform technical concepts into accessible content. . Manage editorial calendar and content production workflows. . Marketing Communications & PR. . Develop and execute integrated communications campaigns across multiple channels. . Lead public relations initiatives, including media relations and thought leadership placement. . Create press releases, media kits, and executive communications materials. . Build relationships with industry media, analysts, and influencers. . Support speaking opportunities and conference presentations for executives. . Sales Enablement & Internal Communications. . Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, battle cards, and competitive positioning. . Develop internal communications to align teams on messaging and positioning. . Lead training sessions on brand messaging and value proposition delivery. . Support customer success teams with retention and expansion messaging. . Create customer-facing materials for account management and expansion efforts. . Performance Analysis & Optimization. . Measure and analyze the effectiveness of communications campaigns and content performance. . Track brand awareness metrics, message resonance, and content engagement. . Conduct regular competitive analysis and messaging gap assessments. . Optimize content based on performance data and audience feedback. . Report on communications impact and ROI to executive leadership. . Experience. . Familiarity with the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry strongly preferred. . 5-7 years in marketing communications, preferably in B2B technology or SaaS companies. . Proven track record of developing successful messaging frameworks and content strategies. . Experience with integrated marketing communications campaigns and brand management. .
