Lead and mentor the People Team (6 direct reports), fostering professional growth and team cohesion.. Partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment between people strategies and business goals.. Oversee Dutch payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.. Manage employee absence and sickness cases in compliance with applicable legislation.. Drive and optimize HR operations, including onboarding, employee lifecycle, compensation, and benefits.. Serve as an HR Business Partner, advising managers on performance, engagement, and development.. Champion a culture of openness, feedback, and recognition across the organization.. Support organizational growth through workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.. 3–5 years of HR experience, including hands-on operational work and team leadership.. Proven experience with Dutch payroll and absence/sickness management (short and long term).. Strong knowledge of Dutch labor law and HR compliance.. Experience as an HR Business Partner providing guidance and people insights to leaders.. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both written and spoken..
