In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to Hebrew-speaking clients, ensuring they receive the support needed regarding our products and services.. Responsibilities. . Assist Hebrew-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing information on products and services.. . Deliver exceptional and personalized support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.. . Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly, employing a professional and empathetic approach.. . Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and quality assurance.. . Work closely with internal teams to address and resolve more complex customer issues as needed.. . Stay informed about product developments and company policies to provide up-to-date support.. . . Fluency in Hebrew (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is preferred.. . Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or international environment.. .
