Entrepreneur in Residence at WorkMotion. In the past months, WorkMotion has worked on a new product at the intersection of HR and AI. The product is still in stealth mode. Further information will be provided in the first interview call.. Our CEO is now looking for an . Entrepreneur in Residence. to a) continue to build the product, b) work closely with early customers, and c) scale the product to success.. This is an absolutely unique opportunity to build in a strong support environment and learn from some of the best entrepreneurs and executives in HR-tech. WorkMotion has a successful track record in launching new products with an Entrepreneur in Residence and getting them to large scale.. We’re looking for an absolute self-starter. You must have an entrepreneurial drive that makes you obsessed with making this product successful. You need a product-mindset that allows you to continuously iterate the product based on customer feedback. You need to be super close to your early customers. And you need to have basic go-to-market skills.. We’re . not. looking for a seasoned executive. We’re looking for a young and hungry “driver”. . You need to prove your entrepreneurial drive with corresponding experience and/or signals on your CV. We expect you to be AI-native and to know how to build automations (e.g. with n8n, make.com, or Zapier). Some basic coding knowledge is also very helpful.. What you will do as an Entrepreneur in Residence:. - Own and drive the development of an early-stage AI/HR B2B product. - Work directly with pilot customers to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and iterate fast. - Collaborate with devs and low-code/no-code tools (e.g. Zapier, Make.com, n8n) to automate and scale workflows. - Run experiments across go-to-market channels (early adopters, pilot outreach, B2B positioning, etc.). - Report directly to the CEO and act like the “Founder” of this product. What we are looking for:. - Entrepreneurial drive: you don’t need 10 years of experience, but you need to act like a Founder. - Product-mindset: user-centric, data-informed, success-obsessed. - AI-native: deep interest in AI and fluency using AI tools + APIs. - Adaptability: you figure things out and make things happen, faster than reasonable. - Independence: you don’t wait for orders, you start building and show results. - Local hustle: we’re a remote company, but we need you to be present in Berlin working alongside our core leadership team, especially our CEO and CPO. Desirable (but not required):. - Basic coding knowledge.
