Coordinate and schedule consults, mediations, and court hearings. . Join case review meetings and support strategic case planning. . Maintain attorney calendars and proactively manage deadlines. . Track and log all client and lead interactions in Clio and Lawmatics. . Manage billing and invoicing processes, including time entry and monthly statements. . Respond promptly to calls, emails, and texts from clients, courts, and attorneys. . Suggest process improvements and contribute to system efficiency. . Support two attorneys by managing tasks and keeping cases moving. . Complete occasional time-sensitive tasks outside business hours. . . What We’re Looking For. . 4+ years of experience as a paralegal in U.S. family law (Florida experience strongly preferred). . Paralegal certification and college degree preferred (commensurate experience considered). . Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. . Solid understanding of Florida court systems, forms, and procedures. . Comfortable using Clio, Lawmatics, or similar legal tech platforms. . Highly organized, detail-focused, and confident working in a fully remote setup. . Reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace. .
