You will work in a fast-paced, 24/7/365 support model, collaborating with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement automation, and enhance system reliability. The role involves hands-on work with virtualization, storage, networking, and cloud services, as well as scripting and deployment of software solutions. You will contribute directly to operational excellence, system modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives. Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux and Windows servers, VMWare environments, and NAS/SAN infrastructure.. Manage cloud environments and virtualized systems with a focus on high availability and scalability.. Administer G-Suite and integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) with Active Directory.. Monitor system performance, implement automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible), and manage backups and data recovery.. Configure and maintain DNS, email (SMTP, IMAP, POP), and SFTP services.. Participate in 24/7/365 on-call rotations to provide critical support for business operations.. Collaborate with technical teams to plan and deploy new infrastructure projects, updates, and security patches.. . 5–12 years of hands-on experience in Linux/Windows administration, VMWare, storage systems, and cloud services.. Proficiency with Linux server builds, Microsoft server OS, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms.. Experience with AWS or other cloud environments is highly desirable.. Knowledge of RAS tools (Citrix, Parallels) and high-throughput database server management.. Strong scripting skills in Shell, Perl, Python, or similar languages..
