Process Designer – Appian (LCNC). to design, model, and optimize enterprise business processes using the Appian low-code platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business architects, stakeholders, and technical teams to build scalable workflows and automate business operations aligned with organizational goals.. Key Responsibilities. Design, develop, and optimize . business workflows using Appian Process Modeler. . . Create . process diagrams and documentation using BPMN 2.0 standards. . . Build and configure . rules, forms, user interfaces, and reports within the Appian platform. . . Collaborate with . business stakeholders and architects. to refine functional and process requirements. . Analyze existing processes to . identify inefficiencies and recommend automation opportunities. . . Support . System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and production deployments. . . Maintain . process documentation, workflows, and system updates. . . Ensure all implementations comply with . enterprise architecture, governance, and development standards. . . Assist in . process optimization, monitoring, and performance tuning. .. 5–8 years of experience. in Business Process Management (BPM) or Process Design. . Hands-on experience with . Appian development and process modeling. . . Strong understanding of . BPMN 2.0, workflow lifecycle management, and case management concepts. . . Experience integrating . Appian with APIs, external systems, and backend services. . . Exposure to . enterprise operations or banking workflows. . . Good understanding of . Agile delivery methodologies and project environments. . . Preferred Qualifications. . Appian Certified Associate Developer. or equivalent certification. . Knowledge of . SQL, data modeling, and system integrations. . . Experience working on . digital transformation or automation initiatives. . . Familiarity with .
