We are currently looking for a Junior Project Manager - Contingent in United States.. We are seeking a Junior Project Manager to support government-focused projects within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an organized, detail-oriented environment and enjoys coordinating project activities, schedules, and communications. You will assist senior project managers in planning, executing, and tracking project progress, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within scope. The ideal candidate will serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, contribute to documentation and reporting, and facilitate smooth team collaboration. This position offers exposure to government contracts and an opportunity to develop project management expertise in a fast-paced environment.. Accountabilities:. . Support senior project managers in executing project tasks and activities to ensure timely and successful project completion.. . Assist in creating and maintaining project timelines, schedules, and documentation, including scope statements, status reports, and client deliverables.. . Schedule and coordinate meetings between team members, stakeholders, and relevant parties, ensuring effective communication.. . Manage staff onboarding, offboarding, and the maintenance of team rosters and program licenses.. . Track project performance against established metrics and goals, providing updates for weekly and monthly client status meetings.. . Support stakeholder engagement by communicating updates and managing expectations.. . Prepare presentation materials and provide administrative support as needed to advance project objectives.. . . U.S. citizenship or authorization to work in the U.S., with residency for 3 of the last 5 years; able to obtain a federal Public Trust clearance.. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.. . Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience supporting cross-functional development projects.. . Prior experience with CMS and/or government contracts preferred.. . Strong written and verbal communication skills.. . Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.. . Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks effectively.. . Familiarity with development methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, or XP.. . Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).. .
