Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the UK and Germany, understanding their recruitment needs within the legal sector.. . Drive business development efforts by identifying and engaging with potential new clients.. . Attend client meetings (virtually and in person when required) to present the firm’s services professionally and confidently.. . Collaborate with consultants to deliver bespoke recruitment solutions for high-value placements.. . Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in international markets.. . Maintain up-to-date knowledge of trends within the legal and recruitment sectors.. . Qualifications and Experience. . 1–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within recruitment or professional services.. . Exposure to international markets or clients (UK/European experience advantageous).. . Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and present confidently to senior stakeholders.. .
