We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Native Linguistics Specialist to support the evaluation and improvement of generative AI systems. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing AI-generated content, identifying potential risks, and ensuring outputs align with safety and policy standards.. Key Responsibilities:. Review and evaluate system-generated responses to identify harmful, unsafe, or non-compliant content . Detect safety violations and policy breaches across AI outputs . Classify risks based on predefined guidelines and frameworks . Provide clear, actionable insights to improve model performance and safety . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance evaluation processes and quality standards . Native-level linguistic proficiency with strong command of English (C1–C2) . Access to a Mac device with the latest macOS . Previous experience in AI safety, content moderation, or linguistic quality evaluation . Familiarity with annotation tools and data labeling platforms .
