We are currently looking for a Channel Account Manager I, MSP in the United States.. This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow relationships with Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners, helping them deliver cybersecurity solutions to their clients. The Channel Account Manager I focuses on driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction across a portfolio of partner accounts. You will work in a fast-paced, fully remote environment and contribute to expansion and cross-selling initiatives. The position emphasizes building strong, trust-based relationships with partners, ensuring exceptional service delivery and partner success. Success is measured by growth, retention, and partner engagement. Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations.. . Act as a trusted advisor to partners, providing solutions that enhance partner adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth.. . Execute customer and partner engagement processes to ensure clear communication and alignment.. . Achieve assigned quotas through expansion and renewal metrics in a velocity sales motion.. . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partner needs are met and service quality is high.. . Maintain and reinforce company culture in all interactions with partners and colleagues.. . . 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Channel or Direct Sales roles, ideally in mid-market MSPs.. . Knowledge of the MSP ecosystem, preferably with exposure to cybersecurity solutions.. . Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.. . Strong bias to action and ability to work efficiently and independently in a remote environment.. . Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.. .
