Position Overview. We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand market presence for our recycled polyester fiber products. This role is ideal for a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in a remote environment, is passionate about sustainability, and excels at building long-term customer relationships.. The Sales Manager will be responsible for new business development, key account management, and executing sales strategies that align with company growth objectives and sustainability goals.. Key Responsibilities. Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target markets. Manage and grow existing customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and production teams to meet customer requirements. Build and maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting. Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity. Qualifications. Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management. Experience in textiles, fibers, recycling, plastics, or industrial materials preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Highly self-directed with the ability to work independently in a remote role. Results-driven mindset with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools. What We Offer.
