Engage with customers primarily via phone, but also through email and chat, to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information. . . Build and maintain strong, positive relationships by delivering personalized and attentive customer experiences. . . Ensure all customer interactions are logged and tracked accurately within the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho). . . Sales & Business Development. . Actively listen to customers to identify their needs and recommend tailored solutions. . . Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products or services in a way that adds genuine value to the customer. . . Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business, maintain retention, and strengthen customer loyalty. . . Consistently work toward achieving and surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets. . . Operational & Administrative Support. . Maintain up-to-date and accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and outcomes in the CRM system. . . Generate and review CRM reports to track personal progress and contribute to team sales goals. . . Manage daily tasks efficiently using communication and productivity tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail/Outlook, and Google Workspace. . . Your day will begin by reviewing your schedule, checking CRM dashboards for pending tasks, and preparing for follow-up calls. You’ll spend much of your day speaking with customers to answer questions, resolve issues, and offer solutions that best fit their needs. Between calls, you’ll update customer records in the CRM, track progress against your sales goals, and collaborate with your team through communication tools like Slack or Teams. You’ll also dedicate time to outreach, following up on leads, and nurturing long-term relationships.
