Affiliate Management & Enablement. . Onboard and train affiliates on TikTok Shop, brand messaging, and product value propositions. . Create and distribute marketing assets, samples, and talking points for affiliates. . Serve as the main point of contact for all affiliate inquiries, content approvals, and logistics. . Performance & Optimization. . Monitor affiliate content performance, sales attribution, and conversion metrics. . Analyze campaign results to optimize for ROI, CPA, and content engagement. . Test incentives, affiliate structures, and promotions to boost performance. . Cross-Functional Collaboration. . Work closely with social, paid, creative, and eCommerce teams to align TikTok Shop with broader brand strategy. . Provide feedback from creators to product and marketing teams. .
