Your fluency in Dutch will be essential as you help clients navigate the platform, address order-related questions, and resolve any issues that may arise during the delivery process. Deliver outstanding customer service in Dutch through phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries. . Assist customers with ordering, modifications, cancellations, and tracking their deliveries. . Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and professionally. . Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system. . Collaborate with restaurant partners and delivery personnel to ensure timely service. . Gather customer feedback to enhance service quality and address any areas for improvement. . Stay updated on food delivery trends and promotions to inform customers effectively. . . Fluent in Dutch and English, with strong communication skills. . Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. . Experience in customer service, particularly in the food delivery or hospitality industry, is preferred. . Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment. . Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. . Passionate about food and providing excellent customer experiences. . Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus. .
