You’ll partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure alignment with business goals while creating effective, engaging resources tailored to a B2B SaaS environment. This is a contractor role with a remote-first setup and occasional travel required.. Accountabilities:. . Design and deliver onboarding and continuous training programs for Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services teams.. . Create, update, and manage learning materials and enablement content across multiple functions.. . Translate technical product updates into consumable, actionable learning for customer-facing teams.. . Lead end-to-end enablement program lifecycles, including ideation, content creation, delivery, and measurement.. . Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Sales Leadership) to identify training gaps and align initiatives.. . Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and enablement events for new hires and experienced staff.. . Measure program effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve based on performance insights.. . . 5+ years of experience in enablement, sales, customer success, or technical support within a B2B SaaS company.. . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.. . Solid understanding of commercial functions such as sales, customer success, and service delivery.. . Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.. .
