Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients in the IT sector.. . Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and technical issues through various communication channels.. . Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems with IT products and services.. . Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s IT offerings to provide accurate information and guidance to customers.. . Document and update customer interactions and technical issues in the company’s CRM system.. . Collaborate with technical teams to escalate unresolved issues and follow up on outcomes.. . Deliver feedback to management regarding customer interactions and suggest improvements for service delivery.. . . Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.. . Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the IT industry.. . Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.. . Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.. . Familiarity with common IT terminology and concepts is a plus.. .
