Job Description:.  . ProArch is seeking a . Senior Account Executive. to drive new business growth and expand our footprint in the IT solutions space. This is a high-impact, hunter-focused role ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in IT services—especially cloud, cybersecurity, and application development.. This role will be responsible for identifying and closing new opportunities within the enterprise and mid-market segments, building meaningful relationships with decision-makers, and collaborating closely with our technical teams to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions.. Drive Growth & Market Expansion: . Consistently win new business and identify expansion opportunities within Enterprise and mid-market accounts to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.. Drive Account Expansion : . Consistently identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts to drive revenue growth and long-term partnerships.. Engage & Understand Customer Needs: . Foster strong relationships with IT stakeholders to uncover critical business challenges and align solutions with strategic objectives.. Consultative, Solution-Based Selling: . Leverage a value-driven, consultative sales approach to deliver customized IT solutions tailored to customer goals.. . Full-Cycle Sales Management : . Own the sales process from discovery to close across both transactional and long-cycle deals, with a focus on strategic prioritization and resource optimization.. Optimize Sales Execution : . Collaborate cross-functionally to align internal teams, streamline execution, and ensure seamless customer success throughout the sales journey.. . CRM Accuracy & Forecasting : . Maintain meticulous documentation—tracking interactions, use cases, timelines, success metrics, red flags, and risks to enhance forecasting and planning.. Exceeding Revenue Targets: . Proven experience in sales as a hunter across enterprise and mid-market clients across various industries.. . Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets of 2.5 -3 Million USD.. . Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, capable of effectively engaging clients.. . Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related experience; further education or certifications in Microsoft products highly regarded. . . Strong executive relationship-building, with experience engaging and influencing C-level stakeholders.. . Demonstrated success in both net new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.. . Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to succeed in a hunter role.. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team.. . Willingness to travel as required.. . Competencies: . .
