We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Deployment Manager to oversee and coordinate deployment projects across multiple teams. In this role, you will ensure that all field technicians and service partners are properly staffed, trained, and equipped to execute projects efficiently. You will collaborate closely with project managers and internal teams to align resources with project needs, while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. This position requires strong planning, analytical, and interpersonal skills, as well as proficiency in a variety of software tools to track, report, and optimize deployment activities. Coordinate franchise project managers and deployment service partners to ensure projects are appropriately staffed and executed.. . Interface with project management to assess weekly project start requirements and confirm resource availability.. . Recruit and interview field technicians, ensuring team qualifications match project needs.. . Engage and manage tiger teams to provide additional project support as required.. . Provide training guidance, recommend resources, and facilitate skill advancement for technicians.. . Prepare detailed reports on field activities and present insights to senior leadership.. .
