Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Design, build, and operate data services powering applications and APIs.. . Collaborate with team members and cross-functional teams to prototype and develop new functionality.. . Contribute technical leadership and influence the architecture and design of the team’s systems.. . Mentor and coach other engineers to help them grow and improve.. . Partner with product managers and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and delivery of high-value features.. . Ensure data quality, reliability, and operational stability across services.. . The successful candidate will have:. . 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data platform development.. . Experience building operationally stable, cost-efficient data services.. . Proficiency with at least one programming language such as Go or Python.. . Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), deployment pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.).. . Knowledge of microservices architecture, streaming data pipelines, and large-scale data processing technologies.. . Familiarity with healthcare data, APIs, and standards such as FHIR or TEFCA is highly desirable.. .
