Source, screen, and manage high-calibre tech candidates for roles across the UAE market.. . Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing strategies.. . Conduct in-depth interviews to assess technical skills, career goals, and cultural fit.. . Collaborate with 360 recruiters or account managers to understand role requirements and client expectations.. . Manage the candidate journey end-to-end: from first contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.. . Maintain accurate records of candidate activity using CRM and ATS tools.. . Stay informed on tech hiring trends and UAE market dynamics to provide insightful candidate guidance.. . Qualifications and Experience:. . 3–5 years of experience in tech recruitment, ideally in a 180 or delivery-focused role.. .
