Marketing Operations & Sales Enablement Manager. to support our sales and marketing teams with the tools, insights, and creative resources needed to drive growth and efficiency. This role blends hands-on execution with data-driven analysis: helping execute and measure marketing campaigns, supporting sales with enablement materials and proposals, and maintaining the systems and processes that connect both functions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and creative, with the ability to shift seamlessly between campaign execution, reporting, and sales support.. Marketing Campaigns & Creative Support. . Partner with the marketing team to plan, execute, and support digital and offline marketing campaigns.. . Develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials that align with campaign themes and messaging.. . Draft and edit copy for campaigns, case studies, email sequences, and sales enablement content.. . Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all sales and marketing materials.. . Support campaign execution in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Active Campaign, HubSpot, Mailchimp).. . Analytics & Reporting. . Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, lead generation, and funnel conversion metrics.. . Build and maintain dashboards that deliver actionable insights to sales, marketing, and leadership teams.. . Analyze marketing and sales performance data to identify trends, successes, and opportunities for improvement.. . Provide recommendations to optimize marketing campaigns and enablement strategies based on results.. . Collaborate with marketing to establish clear goals, success metrics, and reporting frameworks for campaigns.. . Sales Enablement & Operations. . Prepare, review, and maintain sales contracts, proposals, and agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.. . Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales playbooks, training materials, and internal resources.. . Provide day-to-day support for the sales team, ensuring they have the tools, templates, and content needed to succeed. . Qualifications. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.. . 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, or a related role (internships and relevant experience considered).. . Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, Google Analytics, HubSpot).. . Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.. . Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with experience creating compelling marketing and sales content.. . Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.. . Creative thinker who enjoys working at the intersection of sales and marketing.. .
