Build, launch, and manage the Shopify store end-to-end . Maintain site functionality, UX, and overall performance . Ensure seamless customer journey across all touchpoints . Site Merchandising & Product Listings. Create and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) . Manage collections, categories, and on-site merchandising strategy . Ensure brand consistency and compelling presentation . Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). Analyze user behavior and identify conversion opportunities . Plan and execute A/B tests to improve performance . Optimize landing pages, product pages, and checkout flow . Analytics & Reporting. Track key KPIs (conversion rate, AOV, revenue, bounce rate, etc.) . Generate regular performance reports and actionable insights . Use data to guide decision-making and growth strategies . Growth & Strategy. Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with site experience . Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve customer retention . Continuously test, learn, and iterate on strategies. 3+ years of experience in e-commerce management . Strong hands-on experience with . Shopify. (required). Proven track record in managing and optimizing online stores . Solid understanding of . conversion rate optimization (CRO). and A/B testing . Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset .
