We are looking for a proactive and strategic professional to oversee the success and satisfaction of a growing portfolio of SMB and commercial clients. In this role, you will build strong, consultative relationships, help customers achieve their business objectives, and act as their trusted advisor. You’ll drive adoption, retention, and growth while closely collaborating with internal teams across product, sales, and support. This position offers a dynamic and client-facing environment where your ability to lead, influence, and problem-solve will directly impact customer outcomes and company success.. . Accountabilities:. . Build and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact for guidance and escalation management.. . Understand client objectives and challenges to proactively deliver tailored success plans that drive adoption and long-term value.. . Lead strategic account planning, identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities in alignment with customer goals.. . Monitor account health by analyzing product usage data and trends, identifying risks, and creating action plans to prevent churn.. . Advocate for customer needs internally by providing feedback to product and engineering teams and influencing product development.. . Prepare and deliver performance reports and customer insights to internal and external stakeholders.. . Mentor junior team members, foster a knowledge-sharing culture, and contribute to the continuous improvement of customer success processes.. . . 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in a B2B SaaS environment.. . Proven ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive business outcomes.. . Strong data analysis and strategic thinking skills to translate insights into actionable plans.. . Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.. . Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams.. . Proactive mindset with a collaborative, solutions-oriented approach.. . Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; Master’s preferred.. .
