Organize and maintain CRM hygiene. – Ensure contacts, leads, and deals are properly segmented, tagged, and consistently updated so nothing falls through the cracks . . Own follow-up automation. – Set up and manage automated follow-ups triggered by lead behavior, lifecycle stage, and deal status . . Optimize workflows and automations. – Continuously improve sequences, task reminders, and pipeline automations to increase conversion rates and reduce manual work . . Report on pipeline health. – Provide clear visibility into lead flow, response times, and conversion metrics to identify what’s working and what needs improvement. Must-Have:.
