
Social Media Operations Manager at Salvo Software. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Operations Manager to unify, coordinate, and quality-control our social media, advertising, production, and data teams. This role is responsible for ensuring cohesive direction, consistent brand alignment, and high-quality deliverables across all influencer accounts and campaigns. You will manage workflows, set priorities, enforce deadlines, and serve as the final checkpoint for quality control.. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines strategic oversight with project management execution — ensuring that every piece of content, ad, or campaign aligns with our brand avatars, audience expectations, and growth goals.. Team Coordination & Leadership. . Manage and align the work of the Social Media Manager, Social Media Assistant, Advertising Manager, Production Manager, and Data Scientist.. . Translate company goals into clear directives, tasks, and deliverables for the team.. . Facilitate communication across departments to prevent siloed or inconsistent output.. . . . Project & Workflow Management. . Build and maintain project management boards (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).. . . . Define tasks, deadlines, and deliverables for ongoing campaigns.. . Track progress and ensure on-time delivery across all accounts and projects.. . . . Quality Control & Brand Alignment. . Review content (captions, posts, ads, videos) before publication to ensure they align with brand avatars and campaign goals.. . . Enforce standards for tone of voice, editing style, and audience engagement.. . Identify weak spots in content quality and provide constructive feedback.. . . . Strategy & Direction. . . Work closely with leadership to prioritize initiatives that move the company forward.. . Monitor KPIs with the Data Scientist to guide strategy adjustments.. . . . 5+ years of experience in social media management, content operations, or digital marketing.. . Strong background in project management and team coordination.. . Exceptional eye for detail and content quality.. . Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitter/X, etc.) and advertising tools.. . Familiarity with influencer marketing and multi-avatar brand management.. . Excellent communication and leadership skills.. . Highly organized with strong task and time management abilities.. .
