We are currently looking for a Director of Client Strategy and Implementations in the United States.. This role offers a strategic leadership opportunity for a results-oriented professional to oversee client relationships and implementation projects across multiple healthcare-focused service offerings. You will lead and mentor teams, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure exceptional client experiences while driving operational excellence. The position requires strong analytical, project management, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external stakeholders. Accountabilities. In this role, you will:. . Champion client partnerships through proactive engagement, performance reviews, and KPI analysis.. . Lead new client implementations, coordinating project kickoffs, timelines, resource allocation, and budgets.. . Collaborate with IT, Operations, and People/Compliance teams to ensure successful project execution and launch.. . Coach and mentor Client Account Management team members to strengthen leadership, relationship management, and client service skills.. . Maintain consistent documentation and communication regarding project progress, challenges, and resolutions.. . Support sales and marketing initiatives, including attending industry conferences, assisting with proposals, and identifying opportunities for account expansion.. . Ensure compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations related to healthcare client services, including FDCPA, CFPB, UDAAP, 501(R), and TCPA.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 5+ years managing complex client relationships in B2B or healthcare settings.. . 2+ years of project management experience using tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or similar software.. . Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle processes, including patient billing and patient access.. . Proven ability to develop strategic plans, resolve complex challenges, and think critically.. . Excellent relationship-building skills across all organizational levels, from front-line staff to executive leadership.. . Strong analytical skills and proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams).. . Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.. . Demonstrated integrity, professionalism, and ability to manage confidential information.. . Authorization to work in the U.S. and residence in Colorado, Wyoming, Texas, Kansas, or Montana.. .
