ITIL certification required . Proven success applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools. . Certification in CCMP preferred. . Familiarity with project management approaches and experience with large-scale organizational change. . Strong Leadership Skills. : Ability to guide and motivate teams through change, fostering a positive environment. . Exceptional Communication Skills. : Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. . Project Management Expertise. : Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. . Analytical Skills. : Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to facilitate change. . Change Management Knowledge. : Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices, along with relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management). .  .
