Engage Stakeholders. : Work collaboratively with stakeholders at every level to build support for change initiatives and address any concerns or resistance that may arise during the transition.. Monitor and Evaluate Effectiveness. : Assess the progress of change initiatives and evaluate their impact, making necessary adjustments to enhance results.. Provide Ongoing Support. : Deliver continuous assistance to teams throughout the change process, ensuring they have the resources and guidance required for successful adaptation.. 10+ years of experience in organizational change management. . ITIL certification required . Proven success applying change management principles, methodologies, and tools. . Certification in CCMP preferred. . Familiarity with project management approaches and experience with large-scale organizational change. . Strong Leadership Skills. : Ability to guide and motivate teams through change, fostering a positive environment. . Exceptional Communication Skills. : Proficient in conveying information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. . Project Management Expertise. : Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets. . Analytical Skills. : Ability to assess situations, identify issues, and develop effective solutions to facilitate change. . Change Management Knowledge. : Familiarity with change management methodologies and best practices, along with relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management). .  .
