Lead, mentor, and motivate the affiliate network, setting clear performance expectations and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment.. . Identify, develop, and onboard new affiliates to expand the network and enhance reach.. . Support VIP partners and engage with affiliates for social media or marketing collaboration.. .
