Guide sales representatives on best practices for submitting new deals and ensure all documentation is gathered and submitted for underwriting.. . Assist with quoting and documentation processes, including entering statements into the quoting system and external databases.. . Identify and implement process improvements, develop templates, and enhance team effectiveness.. . Support merchants through application paperwork and collaborate with underwriters to expedite account approvals.. . Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce, including tasks, assets, and opportunities with accurate underwriting notes.. . Ensure timely account setups, review of fees, and month-end close activities.. . Liaise with other departments (Relationship Management, Integrations) to facilitate new account activation.. . Stay informed via internal communication channels (Slack, Salesforce, email, etc.) and proactively seek clarification when needed.. . Assist teammates as needed and contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture.. . . 2+ years of experience in sales, tech, or product support, ideally in a Merchant Services environment.. . Strong administrative skills and a proactive attitude toward learning and supporting sales operations.. . Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.. .
