Turn call summaries, process notes, and checklists into clear slides, one-pagers, or short walkthroughs. . Create training materials in Canva (slides, workbooks, quick-start guides). . Upload and organize lessons in . LearnWorlds. and the internal knowledge base. . Keep training docs up to date — swap screenshots, fix steps, and update wording when processes change. . Help standardize formatting for a consistent, professional feel. . Conduct light QA: flag unclear instructions or missing steps. .
