Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy Development. Develop, pitch, and oversee implementation of comprehensive GTM strategies. . Design revenue acceleration frameworks tailored to dealership groups and collision repair businesses. . Identify new market penetration opportunities and competitive positioning strategies. . Growth Roadmapping & Data Analysis. Analyse market trends, competitive landscapes, and performance data. . Build actionable, data-driven growth roadmaps aligned with client revenue targets. .
