We are currently looking for a Manager, Enterprise Solutions Engineering in the United States.. This role provides an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-performing Solutions Engineering team that drives enterprise customer success. You will combine technical expertise, product knowledge, and business acumen to support sales efforts, deliver impactful product demonstrations, and optimize the overall customer experience. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Enterprise Sales, Product, and Leadership, to ensure alignment between customer needs and business objectives. You will be responsible for mentoring and coaching team members, implementing scalable processes, and ensuring the team consistently meets performance standards. Accountabilities. . Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Solutions Engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management.. . Support sales efforts by delivering custom product demonstrations and articulating complex solutions in a clear, business-relevant manner.. . Implement and refine processes to improve demo quality, reduce rejection rates, and increase sales close rates.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Enterprise Sales, Product, and other teams to address customer challenges and influence product roadmap priorities.. . Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews to ensure team goals are met.. . Translate customer requirements into actionable insights for Product and Sales teams.. . Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and best-in-class solutions to advise and educate both customers and internal teams.. . . 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer role within a SaaS environment.. . Proven track record of success in enterprise solutions engineering or customer-facing technical roles.. . Strong leadership, coaching, and team management experience.. . Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present effectively to internal and external stakeholders, including C-suite executives.. . Ability to think proactively, solve problems creatively, and address obstacles to achieve business outcomes.. . Familiarity with enterprise software products, workflows, and industry-specific use cases; Home Services experience a plus.. .
