Accountabilities. As an Integration Services Manager, you will:. . Design and implement custom integration solutions to deliver world-class experiences for customers.. . Build and maintain connectors and SDKs using Workato (iPaaS) or similar middleware tools.. . Lead integration projects end-to-end, including requirement gathering, design, development, deployment, and ongoing support.. . Act as an integration expert and advisor in pre-sales conversations, guiding customers on REST API best practices.. . Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless outcomes.. . Manage multiple integration projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution.. . The ideal candidate will have:. . 4–6 years of professional integration experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or GRC environments.. . Hands-on experience with REST APIs, automation platforms (e.g., Workato, Mulesoft, Boomi), and scripting languages (Ruby or Python preferred).. . Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns and scalable system design.. . Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organizational skills.. . Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, and Engineering teams.. .
