Talent Acquisition & Management:. Lead recruitment strategies for retail talent at all levels, including volume hiring, leadership pipelines, and frontline workforce planning. Ensure effective onboarding, retention, and internal mobility processes are in place. . . . Employee Relations & Engagement:. Serve as a trusted point of contact for retail employees, proactively resolving issues, promoting a positive work culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, including recognition programs, pulse surveys, and feedback mechanisms. . . . Performance Management:.
