Lead outbound sales initiatives targeting parents, organizations, and potential event partners.. . Develop and execute cold outreach strategies via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels with a warm, personal tone.. . Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships aligned with business goals.. . Refine and improve existing outreach and sales systems to maximize conversion and efficiency.. . Collaborate closely with leadership to understand customer profiles, shape growth strategy, and provide insights.. . Maintain CRM and reporting tools to track pipeline, opportunities, and sales performance.. . Achieve and exceed sales goals while innovating processes to enhance results.. . . 5–8 years of experience in B2C/B2B sales, partnerships, or business development.. . Prior experience in high-touch, service-based industries such as events, entertainment, education, creative agencies, wellness, or coaching.. . Comfortable selling premium or high-ticket services.. . Experience working remotely or independently, ideally in startup or growth-stage companies.. . Proven experience building or optimizing sales systems, CRMs, and outreach sequences.. . Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a self-starter mentality.. . Fluent in English with excellent communication and storytelling abilities.. . Proficient with CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Streak) and sales tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).. . Comfortable using spreadsheets, Notion, or Google Workspace.. .
