You will contribute directly to building a modern, scalable data infrastructure that powers critical decisions and measurable outcomes in the healthcare industry.. . Accountabilities:. . Design resilient, well-modeled, and versioned data layers with clear interfaces.. . Build and maintain automated, high-throughput data pipelines with rich instrumentation for monitoring and telemetry.. . Identify scalability issues and optimize data platform performance.. . Drive initiatives to enhance developer experience, create reusable data packages, and expand platform capabilities.. . Ensure data assets are reliable, secure, and performant for internal and external stakeholders.. . Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development of new data products and services.. . . . 8+ years of experience in data engineering, with significant ownership of data platform operations.. . Strong expertise in data storage systems, cloud computing, and data modeling.. . Experience with large-scale batch data processing (>100s of terabytes).. . Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.. . Familiarity with GCP, BigQuery, dbt, and Dagster is a plus.. .
