In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and maintaining our learning management system (LMS) to ensure a seamless, user-friendly experience for internal users, partners, and external stakeholders. Your work will directly support the training and development initiatives that empower our contact center teams to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.. Responsibilities. Design, develop, and maintain LMS platforms to support online training initiatives. Customize and configure the LMS interface, workflows, and functionalities to meet organizational and user needs. . Develop and upload SCORM/xAPI-compliant eLearning content, quizzes, and multimedia resources. . Manage user roles, permissions, and enrollment processes within the LMS. . Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS and provide timely support to end-users. . Create and run LMS data reports and dashboards to analyze usage, progress, and training effectiveness. . Collaborate with instructional designers to implement engaging, interactive learning experiences. . . Integrate third-party applications, such as CRM, SSO, and communication tools, with the LMS. . Stay current on LMS trends, tools, and best practices to enhance system performance and learning outcomes. . Conduct system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and periodic audits to ensure data integrity and platform reliability. . Document processes and maintain technical manuals related to LMS operations. . . Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional technology, computer science, education, or related field. . 2–5 years of experience in LMS administration and development. . Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and LMS reporting tools. . Experience with SCORM/xAPI standards and course authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate). . Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. . Excellent communication and project management abilities. . Company Location: United States.
