ShiftCare is looking for a tech-savvy, creative Video Content Producer to lead the charge in scaling our video marketing and product content. You'll be hands-on across the entire production process, from concept and scripting to editing and distribution, and you’ll be empowered to use AI tools and emerging tech to do it faster and smarter.. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and sales teams to bring our product and brand to life through high-impact video content. Think social shorts, customer explainers, product walkthroughs, and sales enablement content, all powered by modern, efficient workflows.. This role is ideal for someone who.... . Has strong storytelling instincts and video editing skills.. . Understands B2B audiences and the power of video across the buyer journey.. . Is already experimenting with AI tools like Veo 3, Runway, Synthesia, Descript, or CapCut.. . Wants to build scalable video systems—not just one-off assets.. . Key Responsibilities. . Plan, script, film, and edit engaging video content for social media, product onboarding, brand campaigns, and sales enablement.. . Work with internal teams to translate complex ideas into simple, visual formats.. . Use AI tools to scale and personalise video production across channels and regions.. . Manage video workflows, repurposing strategies, and asset libraries for efficient reuse.. . Stay on top of platform trends (e.g. TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts) and suggest content formats.. . Ensure video branding is consistent and modern across all outputs.. . Track performance of video content and iterate based on engagement and conversion insights.. . Requirements. . 2+ years’ experience in video production, digital media, or motion content creation.. . Proficiency with editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) and AI tools (Veo 3, Descript, Runway, Synthesia, Pictory, etc).. . Strong portfolio of work across social, product explainers, and/or branded video content.. . Ability to write video scripts and adapt messages to different audiences.. . Strong English communication skills and a good sense of visual storytelling.. . Excellent time management and ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.. .
