As a Senior Treasury Analyst, you will collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including senior management and department leaders, providing insights to inform decision-making. The position demands strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of treasury operations, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment. Your work will directly influence the company’s financial health and operational success while helping shape treasury processes and strategy.. . Accountabilities. . Manage relationships with banking institutions, including account setup, maintenance, and resolution of banking issues.. . Record and reconcile bank activity, ensuring alignment with internal financial systems.. . Monitor daily cash positions and manage liquidity to meet operational needs.. . Optimize cash concentrations and disbursements, and develop strategies for operational efficiency.. . Conduct cash flow forecasting and update projections to reflect changing business conditions.. . Prepare accurate and timely financial reports on treasury activities, including cash positions, forecasts, and variances.. . Leverage treasury management systems and other technologies to improve operational efficiency.. . Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance treasury operations and accuracy.. . Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory reporting requirements.. . Perform special projects as assigned by senior finance leadership.. . . Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.. . Minimum of 5 years of treasury experience, preferably at a high-growth FinTech company.. . Strong working knowledge of US GAAP and technical accounting principles.. . Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including experience handling large datasets.. . Experience with Sage Intacct is a plus.. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple stakeholders.. .
