They are hiring a Marketing Project Manager (or Coordinator, depending on experience) to bring structure and momentum to our fast-moving marketing team. You’ll oversee campaign timelines, run agile sprints, and keep cross-functional teams aligned from kickoff to delivery. This role demands strong organization, clear communication, and experience managing marketing workflows.. Key Responsibilities. Project & Sprint Management (65%). . Coordinate marketing campaigns, product drops, and seasonal pushes . . Run 3-week agile sprints: set goals, manage tasks, host kickoffs and wrap-ups . . Own weekly marketing all-hands: prep agenda, document action items, follow up . . Keep ClickUp boards and timelines clean, up to date, and visible to all teams . . Drive alignment across teams and unblock delays early . . Creative & Cross-Team Coordination (35%). . Manage creative task cycles (e.g. designer boards, content briefs, asset reviews) . . Write clear briefs and scopes with defined goals, timelines, and owners . . Collaborate with ops, CX, and dev to ensure campaign readiness . . Help improve systems, tooling, and documentation for scalable execution. . Onboarding Timeline. 30 Days. . Shadow campaigns and run first all-hands . . Audit sprint structure and document workflows . . Test new sprint and launch timeline setups . . 60 Days. . Lead full sprint cycle and manage a mid-level campaign . . Partner with ops and CX to align timelines and messaging . . Deliver a campaign recap and insights doc . . 90 Days. . Own a major seasonal drop . . Build marketing dashboards and update playbooks . . Propose and implement process improvements . . Must-Haves. . 2–4 years of project management experience in marketing or creative teams . . Strong skills in ClickUp, Notion, or similar PM tools . . Experience running Agile campaigns and sprint planning . . Highly organized, proactive, and clear communicator . . Comfortable in fast-paced, remote work environments . . Nice-to-Haves. . Agency, startup, or DTC/eComm brand experience . . Familiarity with CX, ops, and creative timelines . . Experience improving internal systems and tooling. . Company Location: Mexico.
